David Quinlivan

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Quinlivan became President and CEO of Alacer Gold on August 1, 2012. Prior to that, Mr. Quinlivan had been an independent, non-executive member of Alacer's Board of Directors since 2005. Mr. Quinlivan is a mining engineer with over 30 years experience on projects throughout the world. He has significant mining and executive leadership experience with 11-years of service at WMC Resources Ltd, followed by a number of high-profile mining development positions.  Since 1989, Mr. Quinlivan has served as Principal of Borden Mining Services.  Mr. Quinlivan has served as Chief Executive Officer of Sons of Gwalia Ltd (during the corporate reconstruction of the company and post appointment of administrators), Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Mt. Gibson Mining Iron Ltd and Chairman of Churchill Mining plc.

Rod Antal

B.Bus (Accountancy), CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Antal held various management and executive positions with Rio Tinto PLC and its affiliates over a 15 year period. Prior to joining Alacer Gold in May 2012, Mr. Antal was the Chief Financial Officer of Rio Tinto Minerals which produces nearly half of the world’s supply of refined borates.  Mr. Antal had previously been Global Head of Rio Tinto Shared Services and Chief Financial Officer of Energy Resources of Australia (“ERA”), a publicly listed company that is majority owned by Rio Tinto. Mr. Antal also has gold industry experience from his time spent in Papua New Guinea with Lihir and Placer Dome.

Tony James

President - Australian Operations

Mr. James is a mining engineer with over 25 years of extensive operational and project experience in the mining industry. He was previously General Manager, Mining for LionOre Australian Operations and the Resident Manager of the Black Swan Nickel Mine near Kalgoorlie for MPI Mines. Other positions held include Manager-Mining at the Kanowna Belle Gold Operations for Aurion Gold and Delta Gold, Mining Manager at the Pillara and Cadjebut Zinc mines for Western Metals and Underground Superintendent at the Telfer gold mine for Newcrest Mining Ltd. Mr. James is a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Chris Newman

BSc (Hons), AusIMM

Chief Exploration and Geology Officer

Mr. Newman has over 20 years experience in open pit and underground operations, resource development and exploration. He is credited with Avoca's Trident Gold Discovery in Western Australia in 2004. He was also instrumental in unlocking the mineral potential of the Meliadine Gold Project in Northern Canada and has had significant additional exploration successes at both St Ives and Boddington in Western Australia. Mr. Newman is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and an Accredited Black Belt in the Six Sigma Business Improvement Methodology.

Howard Stevenson

BA, BAI (Mech Eng, Hons), MBA

President - Turkish Operations

Mr. Stevenson has over 20 years of experience in engineering, operations, mineral economics, financial evaluation and mergers and acquisitions, 18 years of which were spent with Gold Fields working on projects around the world. With Gold Fields, Mr. Stevenson held positions including Vice President, Business Development for Gold Fields Exploration Inc. in Colorado, Managing Director of Gold Fields Finland Oy and General Manager of the Arctic Platinum project. When Gold Fields acquired Bolivar Gold Corporation in March 2006, he was appointed VP, Venezuelan Operations. In February 2007 Mr. Stevenson joined Meridian Gold Company as VP of Business Development. Mr. Stevenson joined Anatolia Minerals in June 2009 as VP Corporate Development and was promoted to COO in December 2009.

Geoffrey T Williams, Jr.

BA (International Affairs), JD

Chief Legal Officer and Secretary

Mr. Williams has over 11 years of corporate, securities and transactional legal experience. Most recently, Mr. Williams served as Assistant General Counsel and Secretary with Intrepid Potash, Inc. where he worked from May 2009 – November 2011. Prior to joining Intrepid Potash, Mr. Williams worked for several large national law firms where his practice focused on securities offerings and regulation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.
